Sheffield School of the Dance is proud to host master classes with guest artists multiple times a year. These classes are always OPEN TO ALL!

A commercial style of dance as seen in music videos and live award shows. Sharp, grounded movement to uptempo pop music, always age appropriate, with emphasis on style and strength.

A style of dance which emphasizes foot work to create rhythms and sounds. We explore both classic “Musical Theatre” tap and "Street/Rhythm” tap in our classes.

A modern based style of dance utilizing downtempo music to tell stories. A strong emphasis on technique, control and emotional story telling/acting.

A continuation of ballet training for Level IV students and higher. Emphasis on building strength in feet, ankles, legs and core.

A style of dance with strong, sharp movement utilizing uptempo music. Technique, flexibility and strength building emphasized. Turns & Leaps, Musical Theatre and Contemporary work varied thru out the dance year.

The basis and foundation of all dance forms. Strong emphasis on technique and classical style along with flexibility and core strength building in all classes.
