Pre-Ballet I is appropriate for 5-7 year olds who may or may not have prior ballet experience. Class meets for 50 minutes once a week.

The Advanced Beginner/Intermediate level is appropriate for those who have a good foundation of ballet training, including knowledge of terminology.

Beginner Ballet I is appropriate for 7-11 year olds who have completed Pre-Ballet II, or who have prior ballet experience. Class meets for 1 hour twice a week.

Intermediate Ballet is appropriate for 11-16 year olds who have had at least four years of ballet training. Class meets three days a week.

Toddler and Me is appropriate for children ages 18-30 months paired with their favorite adult. As a pair, child and adult will strengthen their bonds exploring space together through movements, interactions, and weight-sharing. The class progresses from pedestrian movements to an introduction of dance while nurturing the individuals’ mind-body connection. No experience is required. ​​ Class enrollment will be limited to six pairs.

Creative Movement 3 is appropriate for children who will turn three years old by September 1. Class meets for 45 minutes once a week.

Creative Movement 4 is appropriate for children who will turn four years old by September 1. Class meets for 45 minutes once a week.

This class focuses on mind-body connectivity as it prepares students for the next step in their movement journey. Progressing from floor to standing combinations the class structure will use elements of dance along with strengthening, conditioning, and lengthening exercises. This class is appropriate for absolute beginners, those returning to dance after a break, or anyone seeking to find deeper body awareness and improved range of motion.

Pre-Ballet II is appropriate for 6-9 year olds who have completed Pre-Ballet I, or who have prior ballet experience. Class meets for 1 hour once a week.

Pointe is appropriate for 12-16 year olds enrolled at the Intermediate level, who have previously had at least one year of pointe work. Class meets once a week.

Basic Beginner I is an introduction to ballet technique. No prior experience is required.

Beginner Ballet II is appropriate for those who have taken the basic series at least twice previously (10-12 classes), or for those with prior ballet experience.

Beginner Ballet II is appropriate for 9-12 year olds who have at least two years prior ballet experience. Class meets twice a week.

For those who prefer to dance one day per week, Beginner Ballet IA is also appropriate for 7-11 year olds who have completed Pre-Ballet II, or who have prior ballet experience. Class meets for 1 hour once a week.
