Twinkle Toes Childrens Ballet
It is our pleasure and honor to introduce your child to the lifelong gift of dance. Perfect class for the beginning dancer! Preschool children enjoy a fun, playful and creative class. This class incorporates ballet and tap. We have developed a curriculum that uses beautiful music, improvisation and story-dances to engage preschoolers active imagination all while incorporating proper technique and terminology.

Mommy & ME Workout
A 45-minute combination class that provides the best of both worlds by devoting equal time to focus on both toddler & mommy. Each class incorporates a 15 minute low impact workout specifically designed for mommy & toddler to do together. The workout portion of the class combines low impact aerobics, strength & toning exercises, & yoga cool down that make fitness fun for mom while bonding with your toddler. 15 Minutes of the class will be musical instruments, and the last 15 minutes we will have art for motor skill development activities that make learning fun for your toddler while promoting emotional & social development, language skills & physical skills. Twinkle Toes Tap-Hip Hop for Kids
NEW CLASS! Twinkle Toes TAP/HIP HOP Kids Class! If you’ve got a kid who is cooler than you’ve ever been, hip hop class might be right up their alley! Our hip hop class stays on the pulse of what’s popular in current hip hop culture. Our TAP/HIP HOP class begins with a tap warm up using tap shoes. Beginner hip hop classes are 45 minutes long, and consist of a warm-up, progressions across the floor, and a center combo. Hip hop classes will teach rhythm, and musicality, and focus on individual expression while using kid-friendly hip hop music. Hip hop is a great choice for all kids who have a lot of energy and want to dance, but hip hop is especially good for boys who want to dance but might be shy about admitting it. Your dancer may come home doing dances that you recognize from the 80s and 90s, like the Running Man, the Tootsie Roll, and the Cabbage Patch. The variety of styles within hip hop provides many opportunities for learning different concepts and becoming more versatile, as well as simply having a blast! Happy dancing! This class is for the dancer advancing into the next level of ballet. This class is designed to help dancers refine their skills as a ballet dancer. We will be perfecting turnout, articulation of their feet, learning different types of turns and expressive movement. In this class we will make adjustments to posture, and balance work. We will also work on leg and ankle strength, preparing them for pointe shoes. Ages 8 - 13
Power Circuit Class
What is a Power Circuit class? It's a group fitness class that combines strength training, cardio, and core work in a steady paced circuit. It's designed to challenge your muscles, elevate your heart rate, and burn serious calories in a short amount of time. This is a 45 minute class. Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do. Junior Master Tony Billau, is a fourth degree black belt in traditional Tae Kwon Do. He was trained under Grand Master Chae Sun Yi and Master Jeb Benfer for twenty years. During that time, Tony also taught at Sun Yi's Academy of Traditional Tae Kwon Do in Topeka, Kansas under Grand Master. Tony also attended many instructors classes for self defense. This class will consist of basic punches, blocks and kicks, forms (each colored belt has a form), one step sparring for self defense and regular sparring. Students have the opportunity for promotional testing to achieve new belt levels.
