Dance Republic, a vibrant hub for dance education in Gilbert, Arizona, has been fostering a passion for movement since its founding in 2010. This family-friendly studio offers a diverse range of dance classes for all ages and skill levels, from seasoned performers to beginners taking their first steps. Our comprehensive curriculum spans classical forms like Ballet and Jazz, energetic styles such as Hip Hop and Salsa, and expressive genres like Contemporary and Musical Theater. We also provide opportunities to explore the elegance of Ballroom dancing and the dynamic art of Acrobatics. Dance Republic is distinguished by its exceptional Ballet program, directed by the Arizona School of Classical Ballet (ASCB). Rooted in the renowned Vaganova method, this program delivers unparalleled ballet education with a focus on superb technique and pure performance style. Our esteemed faculty includes accomplished instructors like Irina Abramyan (Classical Ballet & Contemporary), Leah Hyson (Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Salsa, Musical Theater), and Brenna Brockert (former Phoenix Suns Dancer, integrating dance with Pilates). The studio features a dedicated Ballet Company, offering ensemble and solo opportunities in prestigious YAGP ballet competitions. Participation runs annually from August to May, with tuition tailored to the program.
