This class was created to help you feel comfortable in your body, to dive deeper into your sensuality, learn how to move in a more seductive way and do it for yourSELF. Find the power and wildness we all hold within us and reclaim it through movement, circle sharing, stillness and vulnerability. This is a beautiful class of people wanting to tap into the creativity and wildness we hold. Expect to feel supported on this journey, a connection with each person, and to be held by building each other up. It is a SAFE space to learn what your body CAN do, and build up some confidence on the dance floor by breaking down old thought patterns about what you thought you could do. Come laugh, play and be!!

This class is for ages 6-9 years old with at least 1 year experience in ballet. We want to go over the basic techniques of jazz and hip hop for each child. We will be offering tools to help each dancer grow stronger and be more body aware. Learning how to isolate, have more energy behind each move and working on flexibility with proper alignment to strengthen your dancer!

Teaching your child the fundamentals and class etiquette and allowing them the freedom to create and play! We implement a stretch or warm up for each class in order to teach your child how to isolate, follow along and rhythm of the music. We go across the floor practicing the tools and techniques they have learned and teach choreography each week to help them understand how to connect the movement together and express themselves through performing!
