Level I (One)

This class is an introductory class where students can discover the joy and excitement through movement and music. The class begins with conditioning, stretching, and strengthening exercises. They will learn patterning, and will have opportunities in each class where they dance alone, and in a group. They will gain musical awareness and spatial orientation. Basic Ballet vocabulary and class etiquette are introduced. It is important to us that Creativity and Imagination are incorporated into each exercise to keep these young ballerinas engaged throughout class.
