Beautiful Balance Ballet

Adult ballet classes are offered at a price of $10 per lesson for individuals looking to improve their ballet skills.

These youth technique classes are typically 60 to 75 minutes long and are priced at $45 per month for the semester.

These are youth performance classes with different pricing tiers based on the duration of the class. Pricing varies from $45 to $65 per month.

Ballet 1B Class (ages 6 and older)

Ballet 4 Class (ages 9 and older, enrollment in Ballet 4 Technique required)

Ballet 5 Class (ages 10 and older, enrollment in Ballet 5 Technique required)

Adult Ballet Class

Students in Ballet 1A will learn beginning ballet skills as they participate in activities designed to help them strengthen their balance, coordination, and stamina. Creative expression and story-telling through dance will continue to be encouraged. (Royal Academy Pre-Primary Syllabus will be used.)

Proper turnout and formal ballet positions will be taught in Ballet 2, along with exercises that help increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Emphasis will be placed on turning, jumping, and linking steps, and students will be introduced to simple grand allegro combinations. ( Royal Academy Grade 1 Syllabus will be used.)

Students in these classes will be working on advanced-level technique. These students will participate in group dances , and they will also be given small group, duet, and solo opportunities. (Royal Academy Intermediate and Advanced Foundation S yllabi will be used.)

For intermediate to advanced pointe students, this class will prepare dancers for classical variations and solo performances. (Royal Academy Intermediate and Advanced Foundation Syllabi will be used.)

This class is a fun introduction to ballet and creative expression! Rhythm and musicality will be encouraged through joyful choreography, and story-telling through dance will be explored. ( Royal Academy "Dance to Your Own Tune" Syllabus will be used.)

In this class, students will be introduced to a classical ballet routine, including occasional barre work , and dancers will work to increase their stamina . Proper form and alignment will be emphasized, and choreography will become more artistic and challenging, while still being enriching and fun! (Ro yal Academy Grade 2 Syllabus will be used.)

Students in these classes will be working on advanced-level technique. These students will participate in group dances , and they will also be given small group, duet, and solo opportunities. (Royal Academy Intermediate and Advanced Foundation S yllabi will be used.)

This class will focus on the building the strength needed for proper pointe dancing. Pre-Pointe and Pointe technique and training will be taught in a safe and structured way. Readiness of students to begin pointe will be determined by the teacher. ( Royal Academy Intermediate Foundation Syllabus will be used.)

These are non-performing classes that will focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and refining artistry and technique. They provide an important bridge for Ballet 4 , Ballet 5, and Ballet 6 dancers as they prepare for advancement and future pointe work.
