About The Art of Motion

The Art of Motion (AOM), located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, has been a cornerstone of the Northwest Arkansas dance community for 23 years, fostering a love for movement and self-expression. Founded with a passion for dance and children, AOM offers a diverse range of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, and Lyrical. The studio is dedicated to nurturing technique, creativity, and confidence in dancers of all ages. For our youngest movers, the "Twinkle Toes" program introduces foundational ballet, tap, and jazz, with age-appropriate hip hop for older children in this group. Students aged 7 and above can refine their skills in "Technique Classes," focusing on ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop, with ballet and jazz as co-requisites. Serious dancers can join the "AOM ShowStoppers" program for competition and community performance, receiving high-quality, sustainable training. Our talented teaching staff, including Rachel Shock, Sarah Bouton, Laine Butterfield, Alex Cowburn, Sam Festervand, Hannah Hilsabeck, Stacey Lloyd, Emma McCrory, Ashley Mowrey, Maddie Oley, Rachel Riley, and Olivia Smith, brings extensive experience from competitive dance and professional performance, alongside a commitment to early childhood education. Under the leadership of Owner and Director Hannah Pasquinzo, AOM prides itself on a family-friendly environment, celebrating the joy of dance and inspiring resilience, hard work, and dedication. Former students have achieved remarkable success, including the Miss America title and becoming Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, showcasing AOM's commitment to exceptional dance education that extends beyond the studio.
