Ballet students meeting four times a week or more, necessary to develop a strong technical dancer with performance and pre-professional emphasis.

This level attends four classes per week and follows a structured sequence of training stages designed to increase technical skills, stamina, and discipline in accordance with students’ age and physical development.

Ballet students taking a minimum of three Techniques classes per week. For ladies with an emphasis on pre-pointe study.

Ballet students with one or two years of previous study with a working knowledge of ballet basics and vocabulary. This class level meets twice a week.

Beginner level consisting of basic ballet technique fundamentals and vocabulary. For those students with limited or no prior study.

Barre class training: a 60-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, mobility, flexibility and allow you to escape the everyday.

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Specialized ballet classes focusing on partnering or pas de deux, as well as variations and pointe work, are available by invitation only. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure a quality learning experience.

The Techniques dance program offers a structured, daily regimen of ballet training, specifically tailored for young artists who aspire to experience the rigor and discipline of a pre-professional environment. Through this program, students not only enhance their physical capabilities but also cultivate the artistry and mindset.

The program’s curriculum is meticulously designed to cover key aspects of classical ballet training, ensuring a well-rounded experience for each student. Daily classes encompass: Technique: Building a strong foundation in ballet fundamentals with a focus on precision, alignment, and fluidity of movement. Pointe: Strengthening and refining pointe work to enhance performance and poise. Variations: Learning and perfecting iconic solos from classical ballet repertoire. Pas de Deux: Developing partnering skills and creating harmonious duets through trust and coordination.

The goal of Techniques is to give dedicated dance students the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of dance technique, both contemporary and classical, at a level that is comparable with the skills developed within the mainstream of today’s dance world.
