Are you new to dance and dream of performing in a recital? Are you an experienced dancer who misses the thrill of a live performance? Are you looking for a way to make a commitment to self-care? Do you want to make new friends who share your love of dance?

Battle Dance

Starting at age 15, Chris began dancing in his high school's dance company and trained at a studio during his senior year. After graduating high school, he became a battle dancer with Deadly Venom Crew(DVC)/ Kombine Stylez Crew(KSC) and also began teaching at studios along the east coast. He joined a contemporary company named Alternative Dance Project(ADP) in Baltimore, Maryland. After moving to Los Angeles he became involved in immersive theater shows with Zoe Joe's Theater, Performative Pop-Up, and Mutate(L.A.). He then went on to work with music artist like Lonr, Taylor Swift, Paula Abdul, Imagine Dragons, Jonas Brothers, Aluna, Foster the People, Khalid, FKA Twigs and Ruff Endz, and was Top 30 on two seasons of 'So You Think You Can Dance'. Has also appeared on the film "In the Heights".

Kristen is a lifelong dancer trained in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, hip-hop, contemporary, and poms. Throughout her childhood and teenage years, she danced competitively and trained with renowned choreographers and teachers such as Mandy Moore, Wade Robson, Laurie Gibson, Dan Karaty, and Tabitha & Napoleon. Kristen was a member of the official dance team of the University of Illinois for four years, performing in Big Ten stadiums and arenas as well as the Rose Bowl game and parade. After retiring her poms post-college, Kristen danced with the Dance Forever Performance Company in Chicago before moving to Los Angeles and happily discovering her new dance home at Diaz Studio of Dance. Kristen is a proud member of the DSOD Adult Perfomance Company and instructor of dance and fitness classes.

Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Modern, Jazz and Musical Theater

Rhiana's dance journey began very young at Miss June's ballet school in Des Plaines, IL. Miss June was a strict, disciplined instructor who set the foundation for Rhiana's study of dance. Rhiana has trained in the areas of ballet, pointe, tap, modern, jazz and musical theater and studied with world renowned dancers including Celebrity Dancer/Choreographer Roland Dupree, Kirby Reed and Joel Hall. Rhiana started competing at a young age and has won countless dance competitions over the years. She has performed for networks such as NBC and has won numerous awards for her choreography that was featured on Disney and Nickelodeon. Rhiana was an on-air radio personality on the top radio station in Chicago. For the past 10 years Rhiana has worked for one of the largest advertising agencies in the country. She's proud to be part of the Diaz Studio of Dance team.

Paige began dancing at the age of two, training in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, and hula. An actress since childhood, she has appeared in numerous commercials and television shows, such as ABC’s “The Middle” and Showtime’s “Shameless.” She is the choreographer for the Emmy award winning television show "Carpool Karaoke" and "Post Malone's Celebrity World Pong League" and has performed for networks such as CBS, Apple Music, Nickelodeon, and Radio Disney. While pursuing her acting career, Paige became one of the top dance and fitness instructors at the most famous world-renowned gym based in Venice, CA. After realizing her passion for enriching other’s lives through dance, she teamed up with her big sisters to create Diaz Studio of Dance.

Jade has been dancing since the age of two, training in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theater, and competitive dance team, in which she won state championships for choreography and dance. She has also choreographed and performed for networks such as Nickelodeon, Radio Disney, Chicago Jr. Luvabulls, and her college dance team. She has won numerous awards for her choreography that was featured on Disney and Nickelodeon. Jade appeared in numerous music videos before starting her career in production. For the past 6+ years she has worked in production for MTV Networks, Viacom, CBS, and Apple Music, but she never stopped dancing. Jade decided to follow her dream and open Diaz Studio of Dance with her sisters and share her love of dance with others.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Modern, and Musical Theater

Kira has been dancing since the age of two, training in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, modern, and musical theater. She has studied with some of the most renowned dancers and choreographers from around the world including celebrity dancer/choreographer Roland Dupree, Kirby Reed, Joel Hall, and ballet master Avnun Yakubov. Kira has won countless dance competitions throughout the country and has choreographed and performed for networks such as NBC, Nickelodeon, and Radio Disney. In fact, she was invited to perform as a featured artist at Walt Disney World. Kira was named “Best Artist/Performer of the Year” at the Grammy’s Chicago Chapter, and has won numerous awards for her choreography over the years. For the past 8 years, Kira has worked in advertising as a commercial producer for Apple, but she never stopped dancing. She decided that it was time to go back to her true passion full-time and open up Diaz Studio of Dance with her sisters.
