About Starrz Dance

Founded in 2002 by Swati Savale, Starrz Dance in Cupertino, California, has grown into a thriving dance company dedicated to providing a passion for dance to all. Under the creative direction of Akshay Savale, a Hip-Hop and Bollywood specialist, the studio offers a diverse range of dance education for all ages. Our esteemed instructors include Anuradha T, a certified Bharatnatyam practitioner with experience in Bollywood and Regional Folk dances, and Shalini Pudupakam, who brings extensive experience in teaching Bollywood to all age groups. Abi Sundaram is another Bollywood specialist on our team. Starrz Dance provides age-appropriate programs such as 'Little Starrz,' 'Starrz Kidz,' and 'Starrz Adults.' Our curriculum encompasses foundational techniques like Ballet, urban movement through Hip Hop classes, and specialized cultural experiences including Bharatnatyam, a classical Indian dance form. This diverse offering aims to enrich the Cupertino community with both popular genres and traditional artistic expressions.
