Nritanjali Dance Academy, located in Fremont, California, was established in 2006 by Smt. Bindu Pratap with a mission to cultivate young talent and foster a deep appreciation for the rich cultural beauty of South Indian divine dance forms. The academy specializes in imparting systematic training in Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam, emphasizing Natya, expressions, and grace while showcasing these vibrant art forms to the community. Beyond its classical offerings, Nritanjali Dance Academy also provides training in a variety of popular dance genres including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theater, and Tap, catering to diverse student interests. Since 2017, Nritanjali has collaborated with Potti Sreeramulu University in India, offering academic programs in Bharatanatyam, further solidifying its commitment to the preservation and advancement of classical Indian dance.
