Summerbella Dance Arts, located in Granite Bay, California, has been fostering a love of dance since its launch in September 2018. What began in a 4500 square foot facility has expanded significantly, now boasting four studios to accommodate its growing student base and ambitious performance companies. Dedicated to building confidence and an appreciation for the arts through exceptional dance instruction, Summerbella offers a comprehensive curriculum for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Explore a diverse range of styles including ballet and pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, musical theater, and acrobatics. Our elite instructors, including Malorie Walker (tap, jazz, ballet), Tessa Buys (ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, ballroom, tap), Christi Smith (ballet), Lori Nakamura (ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop), Laura Westbrook (acrobatic dance, tumbling), Erin Hogan (ballet, contemporary), and Suniea Zito (confidence and self-expression), bring decades of experience and a shared passion for nurturing student potential. Summerbella Dance Arts is committed to providing a vibrant hub for artistic development in the community. Beyond regular classes, students can engage in specialized programs like the Spring Break Dance Camp and Summer Dance Camps. Performance opportunities are plentiful, from the annual Recital Show to the competitive SDA Company, which involves auditions and clinics.
