Bachata 102 graduates become a “delight” on the dance floor! Since foundations are MOST important, Bachata 102 continues to cover foundations, but in the context of intermediate patterns. Designed for high-intermediate to advanced bachateros, the bachata 103 program is where you’ll lock in advanced sensual bachata movements and patterns, advanced traveling patterns, and musicality. Musicality means adjusting your dancing for the music. When you watch high level dancers on tv, YouTube, Instagram, or in person, and have those moments when you FEEL something, nearly 100% of the time it’s because of the dancers’ musicality – how they adjusted their dancing, movements, feeling, connection etc. specifically for the music at that moment.

You will begin your bachata journey in the Movers and Shakers beginner bachata 101 program. The bachata classes in this 10-week program are structured, progressive, and comprehensive. You’ll get everything you need into your muscle memory, correctly, right from the start. Good habits from day one will prime you to hit the bachata dance floor with confidence.

Prerequisites : None. For first time salsa dancers! Length: 10 Weeks (~20 hours) If it’s your first time taking salsa classes, you’ll begin with the beginner salsa (101) program. You’ll start from the very top and learn all the foundations.

Foundations are everything! For first time salsa dancers, Salsa 101 (Beginner) starts at the very beginning. This 10-week program is structured, progressive, and comprehensive. No dance experience needed, No partner needed, Build proper habits from day one, Learn foundations to dance with confidence (even if you have two left feet), Safe, welcoming environment - every student is taken care of. Starting February 2026, you will learn a choreography over 4 months and perform at nightclubs and festivals (“Congresses”) around Los Angeles and the Las Vegas Super Congress. The performance team will also make you a better social dancer!

Requirements: Salsa 101, 102a, 102b or if outside experience, must speak with director. Length: 10 Weeks (~20 hours) Now it’s time to get fancy! By this time you should already be able to easily dance through a song, do single turns decently, dance with a little flavor, and be ready to learn more sophisticated movements.
