Join Heidi in this fun and supportive movement class designed specifically for people with neurologic conditions. This class uses dance movements guided by music to work on rhythm, flexibility, balance, coordination, mobility, and social interaction while boosting dopamine in the brain. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Suitable for individuals of all bodies and levels, with options to participate seated or standing. Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome.

Take master classes in a range of dance genres. Participants network with artists nationwide through curated social events at Thompson Rooftop Lounge, while college directors engage in Bridging Spaces — a professional development panel designed to help university leaders build pathways into professional venues in their own regions.
