ELITE BARRE' BOOTCAMP IS 1 OF THE FASTEST GROWING FITNESS BOOTCAMPS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA! The bootcamp Barre' classes focus on Cardio and Core strength, along with Balance, Posture, Flexibility, Mind, Body and Spirit. Infusing Ballet foundational movements with Calisthenics and Yoga, creating a workout unlike any other! We focus on lengthening and elongating the muscles through stretch. Because we build muscles and work hard in class, it is very important to release tension, improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Improve balance and coordination along with posture. Relaxing dim lights and light music combined with therabands and yoga mats makes for a meditative environment.

Pilates Flow

This classical Pilates class is a mind-body integration that brings the core principles of Pilates together: breathe, control, centering, concentration, precision, and flow. We will work on strengthening the postural muscles and back, legs, and transverse abdominals to create more stability and mobility. The movements are intentionally designed to energize and oxygenate the body while also creating flexibility, strength, and coordination. We start like a symphony with a warm-up, intentional breathing into stretches, and progress to a peak of intense cardio and sweating, and muscle building, followed by slow, precise movements that focus on controlling the body.

Stretch
