Hip Hop
Hip Hop is an energetic, rhythm-driven dance style that celebrates creativity, individuality, and musicality. Rooted in street dance culture, our Hip Hop program blends classic and contemporary movement—popping, locking, breaking, grooves, freestyle, and choreography—to create an exciting and expressive experience for dancers of all levels. Students learn to move with confidence and style while building coordination, stamina, and performance presence. Classes focus on technique, musical awareness, and personal expression, all within a supportive atmosphere that encourages dancers to bring their own personality to the floor. Whether training for performance or simply for the love of dance, our Hip Hop classes offer a dynamic and empowering way to develop skill, strength, and authentic movement.
AcroDance
AcroDance, or acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers and dance professionals, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.
Dance Acrobatics
Dance Acrobatics is a high-energy fusion of dance and acrobatic technique designed to build strength, flexibility, and performance confidence. Our program teaches dancers to move with precision and power, incorporating skills like handstands, walkovers, aerials, partner tricks, and dynamic floor work—all seamlessly integrated into expressive choreography.
Dance
Covers styles commonly used in musical theatre, such as jazz, ballet, tap, and modern. Emphasis on storytelling through movement and ensemble choreography. Students learn choreography from real musical numbers or create their own.
Jazz
If your student is interested in taking a musical theatre class we HIGHLY recommend they take a Jazz class as well.
Musical Theatre
Musical theatre classes teach the three core disciplines of musical theatre: singing, acting, and dancing, and how to integrate them into performance. For the upper levels of musical theatre students are required to take a dance class along with the musical theatre class. Our program starts at age 3 and goes up to teens.
Tap
The dance of sound. Metal taps on the bottoms of your feet help your dance to not only be seen, but heard as well. Allow your happy feet to be free and tap along with the rhythms of rock, jazz, and big band.
Lyrical
Lyrical dance is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance that focuses on expressing deep emotion and storytelling through movement. It’s often described as “dancing the lyrics” —using physical movement to interpret the meaning, emotion, and rhythm of a song.
Jazz
Jazz dance is a lively, expressive, and rhythmic style of dance that combines technique, style, and improvisation. It’s often described as the heart of musical theatre dance because of its energy, theatricality, and storytelling power.
Ballet
Ballet is a highly disciplined and elegant form of dance that emphasizes grace, precision, strength, and technique. It’s the foundation of many other dance styles—such as lyrical, contemporary, and jazz—because of its focus on alignment, balance, and control. Ballet is both an art form and a technical discipline. It combines music, movement, and storytelling to express emotion or convey a narrative. It’s known for its structured vocabulary of steps and positions, its poised aesthetic, and its demanding physical technique.
