This class introduces the basics of ballet dance through creative movement & terminology while your child is Twirling, leaping, and skipping to our favorite magical tunes gives students a chance to express themselves in the most magical ways while preparing them for the next level (Beg.Ballet)

This is a technique class designed to assist students in focusing on the leaps, jumps and turns that dancers perform in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, & Contemporary class. This specialized class is a way to better your technique when executing basic leaps, center leaps, turns, and fouettés. Open to ages 8+, comfy clothing, jazz or lyrical sandals are ok.

Classes focus on technique and musicality and are supplemented by a wide variety of musical genres. Students will also be exposed to both musical theater or "Broadway" tap and “hoofing” or rhythm tap. Each class includes a warm up, steps across the floor, guided improvisation exercises and a final combination. Our dress code is the same as ballet & jazz except you need black or tan tap shoes.

In a private lesson, it is just you (or you and your dance partner) and the teacher, working together to improve your dancing. It doesn’t matter what level of dancer you are – a first time beginner or a competitive dancer – direct one-on-one input from a professional instructor can’t be beat. Accomplished dancers have all taken private lessons along the way. Most dancers who delayed taking privates wished they had done it sooner to accelerate their learning process. Please call the Artistic Director to schedule an appointment. Private lessons must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. A lesson paid is a lesson taken. All of our instructors are in high demand so please, if you need to cancel, it needs to be 24 hours in advance!

Our tech class offers barre, center floor work and combinations that focus on the dancer's musicality, technique, coordination, core strength, and grace. We also go into further detail about the ballet terminology. Open to ages 8+, must be in proper ballet or jazz attire!

Pilates mat classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The instructor presents the exercises at multiple levels which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. Students learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. No previous Pilates experience is necessary to join a mat class. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing you can move in, and a pilates/yoga mat.

Adult Ballet classes are open to students of all levels from the age of 18+. Class begins like a traditional class starting at the barre, then moving to the center with various combinations & exercises. Come prepared to sweat, learn, and feel great! The only dress code we ask you to adhere to are: No dangling jewelry, pink or black ballet shoes & comfy clothing you can move in!
