We take a meticulous, individualized approach to pointe training. Dancers transition to pointe only after an expert evaluation of their technique and physical readiness to ensure safety and long-term success. At Cuizon’s, student health and injury prevention are top priorities. Before transitioning to pointe, students will work on pre-pointe exercises to build the necessary strength and alignment. All pointe plans are personalized and reviewed with parents or guardians. Students preparing for pointe are welcome to join pointe classes, where they’ll develop their skills safely and effectively.
