Got Rhythm Dance & Performing Arts Center, nestled in Ventura, California, is a vibrant hub for movement and artistic expression, founded in 2002 by Meredith. With a mission to foster confidence, character, and a lifelong love for dance, Got Rhythm offers a comprehensive range of classes for all ages and experience levels. Discover the joy of movement through diverse styles including Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Musical Theater. Our "Bold Beginnings Tot Track" introduces the youngest aspiring artists to dance through engaging classes like "Giggles & Wiggles" (ages 18 months-3) and "Dance Discoveries" (ages 2.5-4), focusing on creative exploration and foundational elements. For students aged 9-12, our "accelerated" program offers a "Competitive" and "Collaborative" pathway with intensive training in technique, choreography, and solo/duo practice, alongside opportunities for young teachers and coaches in specialized student choreography classes (ages 8-13 with prior training). Beyond technique, Got Rhythm emphasizes personal development, helping students become more outspoken, build friendships, and gain the courage to embrace new experiences, creating "epic experiences" and fostering growth and resilience.
