Founded by Cynthia Sorvillo Baloga, the studio boasts a rich history of dance education, with owner and director Shelley Morgigno bringing a professional dance background to its leadership. The faculty is further enhanced by Allison Pietruszka's expertise in tap and jazz. Cynthia herself continues to share her passion for ballet, tap, and jazz, and also leads community line dancing and tap classes at the East Hampton Senior Citizen Center. Creative Dance Center offers a diverse curriculum designed to inspire budding artists and seasoned dancers alike. Students can explore a wide array of disciplines including foundational Ballet, energetic Hip Hop, expressive Jazz, rhythmic Tap, and contemporary styles like Contemporary and Musical Theater. For those seeking a more athletic and performance-oriented experience, Acrobatics and the popular fitness-infused Zumba classes are also available.
