Sensual Movements

Bring your heels and your diva attitude. This party will have you grinding the floor, slaying the wall, and clacking your heels. Knee pads and heels are recommended. Mats and sexy moves will be provided.

Chair Dancing

You’ll never look at a chair the same way again! We’ll introduce you to the art of chair dancing while giving you a great workout. We will show you some cool moves you can do using a simple chair, then we put it all together for a sexy chair routine!

Burlesque

Find your “inner diva” through this fun & girly class. A mix of burlesque, jazz, and theater dance will give you a sexy attitude and confidence… no matter what your body type is. Burlesque style is all about sexy sophistication. It is about tease and cheeky seduction, so don’t be afraid to smile, flirt, wink, and gasp! (Oh my!)
