We offer 4-6 week workshops and fine arts classes. These specialized programs provide intensive training in specific dance techniques or related artistic disciplines, offering a deeper dive into various aspects of performance and creativity.

This program is offered for little dancers between the ages of 2 1/2 -5 yrs old. Our program focuses not only on dance but on music and movement. Learning to love dance through spacial awareness, singing, using props, tumbling on mats, stretching. Pre-school III starts moving more towards ballet and tap technique in preparation for learning 2 routines for our end of the year production and moving forward out of a pre-school class.

We offer fitness classes. These classes are designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall physical conditioning through various exercises and movement patterns, complementing dance training.

This team competes in dance competitions. Every competition dancer must take a minimum of 1 hour in a classical company but are not limited to the hour. The companies are also open to all dancers are RFTS and will be placed according to level.

We hold auditions every season for our Jr. and Sr. Parade Team. We participate in many parades throughout the state of CT, The Big E Mardi Gras parade and Macy’s Holiday Parade! We have been awarded, Most Entertaining, Most Enthusiastic, 1st Place Dance Troupe, Parade Marshall’s Awards, Hometown Hero Award and Best Youth Marching Troupe.

Every dance season we pick a new performance team. This team has danced at Disney World, Universal Studios, Madison Square Garden opening up for the NY Knicks, Both Men and Women’s Uconn Basketball teams, Big East Final Halftime show, Rockcats Baseball Post game show, St. Jude’s Telethon, various fairs throughout the CT.

We have 8 classical companies under the direction of Ms. Donna Bonasera. These companies run differently than our traditional classes where there is a dress code, an attendance policy, a theory portion of the class, an end of the year evaluation with both written and skill demonstration.

We offer private lessons. These one-on-one sessions provide personalized attention to help dancers refine their technique, master challenging choreography, or prepare for auditions and performances in a focused setting.

Specialty half hour classes like breakdance. This class explores the fundamentals of breakdancing, including top rock, down rock, power moves, and freezes. Participants will develop their style, rhythm, and physical conditioning through dynamic and expressive routines.

Specialty half hour classes like boys hip hop. This class is specifically designed to cater to the interests and energy of young male dancers, focusing on hip hop techniques, powerful movements, and engaging choreography that resonates with them.

Specialty half hour classes like acro. This exciting class combines dance technique with acrobatic elements, focusing on strength, flexibility, and tumbling skills. Dancers will learn impressive routines that incorporate challenging lifts, balances, and floor work.

Specialty half hour classes like hip hop. This dynamic class focuses on rhythm, coordination, and energetic movements, drawing inspiration from street dance culture. It's a fun and engaging way to improve fitness and learn popular dance routines.

We offer combination classes in ballet, tap and jazz. This allows students to explore multiple dance styles within a single class, providing a well-rounded dance education. These classes are designed to introduce fundamental techniques and choreography across these popular genres, fostering versatility and enjoyment in dance.

we have a new pre-k summer program this season for our youngest dancers. Camps run Mon/Wed individually from 9-12 with craft/snack, ages 3-5 and 6-8.
