Stage Stars Dance Company

Our company teams cater to all different levels and abilities. Though we do compete, the primary focus is to instill performance, discipline, fun, and life lessons alongside outstanding technical training. Some notable performances include HEAT Dance Nationals in Orlando, the half-time show for the Harlem Globetrotters, Dance the World at Walt Disney World and Resort, and a performance at a 76ers game in Philadelphia!

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, or Acro

Acro

A dance style that blends classical dance techniques with acrobatic elements, including flexibility tricks, balances, partnering skills, and tumbling. It requires strength and coordination.

Ballet

The foundation of all dance, ballet classes begin with basic positions and steps and progress to complex combinations. Develops physical and mental discipline.

Jazz

A form of contemporary movement, Jazz gives the dancer a new dimension of style and expression. It is known for its energetic and stylized movements.

Lyrical

Dance isn't just for the young, but the young at heart, too. Studies have shown that dancing helps the circulatory system and muscle groups while maintaining a healthy way to stay fit. Dancing gives your body an overall workout from your head to your (heel-toe-heel) toes. Our program is designed to get you moving, whether you’re a beginner, have some dance background, or are a well-trained dancer. Our goal is to work your body as well as your mind.

Young Yogis

This 30-minute class for ages 7 and up will teaching young yogi's the foundations of yoga postures and breathing as they flow. Please bring a mat to class.

Parent & Tot Tumbling

Session 2: November 3rd - December 14th, 2025, Session 3: January 5th - March 1st, 2026, Session 4: March 9th - May 17th, 2026, Session 5: June 8th - July 19th, 2026
Ages 7 & Up Tumbling

Beginner/Intermediate class for school-age students. Focuses on preparatory movements which will transition into stronger skills with more practice.

Ages 5-6 Tumbling

Geared towards building specific skills, tricks, and progressions. No experience? No problem! The class is designed for the beginner as well as intermediate student.

Ages 3-4 Tumbling

Tumblers focus on independence from mom and dad, listening skills, socialization, and beginning gymnastics skills.

Adult Swim Mechanic Clinics

Improve your performance, one stroke at a time. Just like any sport, swimming takes practice if you want to improve. Technique in the water is important because the more it’s refined, the more efficiently you move through the water. While speed may not be your end game, these skills are life skills of which mastery could save your life. Coach Jack Siebold’s, USMS Certified, Adult Swim Mechanics Clinics Program includes five 60 minute swim workshops. Each workshop focuses on a different aspect of swimming technique and maneuvering. Pick and choose your sessions or join us for all five– no matter which path you take, your skill is bound to improve.
