Center Stage Dance Studio

Our pre-dance program is specially designed to provide children between the ages of 2 and 5 years movement and dance. Using correct terminology and skills early on is very important. Each class begins with Ballet taught in the French method for posture, proper body alignment and flat turnout, while Tap is taught for rhythm and musical timing and will introduce jazz basics to differentiate between jumping, hopping, and skipping.

Combining percussion and dance in two different styles, broadway and rhythm tap. Each of these focuses on exercises that help with coordination, control, and musicality.

A theatrical class that combines broadway history, acting, and dance.

Lyrical and contemporary class focuses on the emotional connection between the music and our bodies with a foundation in ballet and jazz technique.

We offer various styles of jazz dancing, including lyrical-jazz and classical jazz. Our jazz draws from our ballet technique and dancers will gain the ability to move quickly and improve flexibility.

Based on street dancing, hip hop uses today's hip hop and pop music. Detailed movement and body isolations along with high energy movement keep hip hop as a favorite style offered here.

Teaches the basic fundamentals and terminology. Focuses on developing coordination, strength, flexibility, and correct alignment. The goal is to develop an all-around passionate, expressive, musical dancer. Class is available for Kindergarten - third grade.

Focusing on terminology, technique, correct alignment, and building a beautiful, artistically expressive dancer. We also teach dancers to understand how their body moves, incorporating basic anatomy into our classes.
