Invasion Athletics All-Star Dance, located in Cocoa, Florida, is a premier dance studio dedicated to fostering athletic tactical training with exceptional artistic execution. Catering to athletes aged 2 to 18, Invasion Athletics offers a diverse range of programs designed to inspire, empower, and challenge dancers to reach their highest potential. Our comprehensive training encompasses foundational skills through Pre-Dance, Technical Training, and specialized recreational classes like Pre-Ballet & Tap, Preschool Combo, Tiny Tumble & Toddler Acro, and Hip-Hop, Ballet, & Jazz. For those seeking to excel in competitive dance, we offer Performance Teams, Reserves Teams, and Activeduty Teams, alongside elite groups like SDT. Our curriculum also emphasizes building strength, flexibility, and dynamic performance capabilities with Acro training, Stretch & Flex classes, and advanced acrobatic techniques. Aspiring dancers aged 4 and up are invited to placements on Sunday, May 18th, 2025, where technique including leaps, turns, jumps, and acrobatics will be assessed. Auditions for our elite performance group, SDT, will also incorporate improvisational segments in Jazz, Lyrical, or Hip-Hop.
