Latin dance refers to types of ballroom dance and folk dance. In this class the dancers learn different rhythms like Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Mambo, Merengue, Samba and Merengue.

Lyrical/Contemporary dance is a style that combines ballet and jazz dancing techniques. It is performed to music with lyrics so that it inspires expression of strong emotions the choreographer feels from the lyrics of the song.

Flamenco is a beautiful Spanish dance form, characterized by hand clapping, percussive footwork and arms and body movements. With this dance form you have the ability to dance and to express yourself.

Hip-hop dance is a unique and exciting style of street dance. It’s a vibrant form of dance that combines a variety of freestyle movements to create a cultural piece of art.

Acro dance classes will improve your core strength, confidence, and coordination. In this class, students perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for increased difficulty. It teaches flexibility, balance and coordination for future choreographies and acrobatic dances.

Jazz dance includes strength, flexibility and conditioning technique and progressions including turns, kicks and leaps In a Jazz class the dancers also learn many fun and trendy dance steps that are used for all forms of dance. It is a wonderful class to get a well rounded variety of all dance steps.

In our pointe classes our students learn the beautiful and fine art of dancing en pointe shoes always based on the Cuban School Of Ballet.

Our Ballet Classes are based on the Cuban Methodology. We have different levels for this class and it is based on the dancer’s abilities and ages.
