Learn 7 popular dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-cha, Rumba, Swing, and Salsa. Focus on the fundamentals of frame, footwork, posture, and timing, along with leading and following techniques. Classes are 55 minutes long. Progressive classes are highly effective for learning and retaining dance techniques. No contracts to sign. Couples and singles are welcome—no partner needed!

Based on Silver and Gold Syllabus. Learn more figures from the silver and gold syllabus while continuing to refine previously learned figures, focusing on technique, frame, lead/follow, timing, musicality, and form.

Our Ballroom & Latin Dance Class for Teenagers ages 9-12 (sometimes even 8, upon approval of instructor) is the perfect way for your child to explore the world of dance in a fun and supportive environment. Our expert instructors are passionate about teaching and will work with your child to help them develop fundamental dance skills while building confidence and self-esteem. During each class, your child will learn a variety of Ballroom and Latin dance styles, including the waltz, tango, foxtrot, quickstep, cha-cha, samba, Rumba and jive. They’ll also have the opportunity to practice their new skills through partner dancing and choreography, which will help them build social skills and teamwork. Our dance studio is a welcoming and inclusive space, where your child will have the opportunity to make new friends and connect with other kids who share their passion for dance.
