Salsa is a fiery and energetic partner dance that blends Afro-Cuban rhythms with Latin flair. Known for its quick footwork, playful turns, and vibrant body movement, salsa is all about connection, musicality, and joy. It’s the perfect mix of passion and precision—inviting dancers of all levels to feel the beat and let loose. Bachata is a romantic and sensual dance originating from the Dominican Republic, characterized by its smooth hip movements and close partner connection. The music’s gentle guitar melodies and heartfelt lyrics set the mood for fluid steps and graceful turns. In this class we’ll do solo and partner work using both styles!

Bellydance comes from the Middle Eastern countries, particularly Egypt, and is mainly danced by women, combining sensuality, elegance and emotion. It benefits both the body and mind. With this dance class we will journey together to explore the different styles, rhythms, steps and techniques of this legendary dance.

Lambada is a fun, sensual, and high-energy partner dance that originated in Brazil. Known for its fluid body movements, close connection, and tropical rhythms, Lambada blends elements of Afro-Brazilian dances with Caribbean flavor and Brazilian heat. In this class, you’ll explore the basics of Lambada technique and musicality, develop body awareness, connection, and flow, learn playful and expressive movements, and feel the joy of dancing in a vibrant and supportive environment.

A group class where we mix into the choreography reggaton, afro-beats and reggae dance hall steps with modern reggaton hit music. Intense cardio, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. It combines body isolations, body waves, shoulder pops, jumps and more. We will learn different steps to do a flow choreography during each class! Stay tuned for group performances.

This is a dynamic technique-based class, blending the vibrant energies of Latin and Brazilian dance. Each week, we’ll train through structured exercises and short choreographic sequences, focusing on styling, technique, body movement, flow, musicality, and optional heels work. We’ll explore a rich variety of styles including Salsa, Samba no Pé, Samba de Gafieira, Cha Cha, Bachata, Lambada, Axé, Forró—and more!
