Private lessons are a great way for dancers of all ages and levels to receive more individualized and one-on-one instruction.

Intermediate Contemporary Dance is a dynamic class for ages 11+ that blends ballet, modern, and jazz techniques with expressive, grounded movement. Dancers explore musicality, improvisation, and storytelling through choreography that challenges both body and artistry. This class builds strength, fluidity, and control while encouraging individual expression in a supportive and creative environment. No prior contemporary experience is required, but some dance background is recommended.

Beginner Contemporary Dance is an expressive class geared towards dancers ages 7+ that blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Dancers explore fluid movement, floorwork, and improvisation while developing strength, flexibility, and musicality. This class encourages creativity, emotional expression, and confidence in a supportive and age-approrpriate environment. No prior contemporary experience is required, but ballet training is recommended.

Level 3 Ballet is a more advanced class for dancers who have demonstrated strong technical ability, discipline and physical readiness for pointe work. Students continue progressing through the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum with increased focus on precision, strength, and artistry. Formal pointe training begins at this level, along with continued pre-pointe conditioning and alignment work to ensure safe and proper development. Evaluation by the director is required for class placement.

Beginner Contemporary Dance is an expressive class geared towards dancers ages 7+ that blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Dancers explore fluid movement, floorwork, and improvisation while developing strength, flexibility, and musicality.

Level 1 Ballet is ideal for dancers ages 7+ and focuses on beginner classical ballet technique based on the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum. This class lays the groundwork for future levels by developing proper alignment, ballet vocabulary, and classroom etiquette. Ideal for young dancers ready to deepen their training, this class encourages focus, confidence, and a solid technical foundation. Evaluation by the director is required for class placement.

Primary Ballet is geared toward dancers ages 5-8 focusing on preparing them for the demands of classical ballet technique based on the American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum. This class nurtures a love of ballet through age-appropriate technique, musicality, and expressive movement, and encourages focus, confidence, and a solid technical foundation.

Kinder Dance and Conditioning is a perfect introduction to dance for children ages 3 - 5 focusing on dance conditioning and ballet basics. Through imaginative movement and playful exercises, dancers build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a nurturing and structured environment. Dancers learn to follow directions, take turns, and develop musicality - all while building the foundations for future dance training.
