For all youth levels, boys must wear a fitted solid black white or gray shirt, black ballet tights, and black or white ballet shoes. Hair must be out of the face.

Adult students may wear any exercise clothing that is fitted to the body. Ballet attire is preferred. Hair must be away from the face. Please wear canvas or leather ballet shoes. If you are an adult taking class on pointe, please let the instructor know before class.

Dancers must wear their designated level leotard color, Pink or Flesh Ballet Tights, and Pink or Flesh Ballet Shoes. Hair must be pulled up and secured away from the face in a ballet bun. If you have not ordered your student's uniform yet, please contact us.

Students who are already on pointe before beginning classes at CBA will need to schedule a demo pointe class. This is to ensure safety and proper placement on pointe. Demo classes can be scheduled anytime during the student’s regular class schedule and will last 20-30 minutes. There is no additional cost to this demo class.

If a dancer wants to register for Summer Intensives, a separate tuition payment must be made on the portal. Your dancer's growth in the Coeur dance curriculum is very important and if tuition is not paid consecutively, your dancer may not be admitted into class.

All Adult Classes are drop-in based, so you can customize your class attendance to your daily life schedule! To get started, create your student account in the studio portal. From there, our team will add you as a drop-in student. Submit your drop-in class payment on your student account before class begins.

A registration fee of $30 per family covers non-tuition essentials such as insurance, music licenses, studio administration and helps keep your monthly tuition costs lower. Tuition must be paid before your child begins their first class following their level placement class.

Ana Zlotnikov taught classes in classical ballet, modern, contemporary and lyrical jazz. Her credits also include: developing numerous dance programs for professional and non-professional students, choreographing and staging many classical ballet and contemporary/jazz numbers and training dancers for professional dance competitions.

Anastasia Zlotnikov received training in classical ballet, modern, contemporary and jazz dance and was awarded a Dance Artist Certificate. She has taught classes in classical ballet, modern, contemporary and lyrical jazz.

Macy is thrilled to share her passion and knowledge of ballet and the classical arts with the community. Over the past 10 years, Macy has taught aspiring dancers of all ages in New York, Portland, Nashville, and Orlando.

Pilates takes you through a series of exercises pertaining to Rehabilitative exercise, Calisthenics, and Ballet. This class promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fusion. This class will strengthen your core, work a sweat, and stabilize your muscles for an overall better balance and energy in your daily life. Pilates promotes an injury-free dance career.

The pre-professional program is for highly dedicated students 11+ who wish to pursue a professional dance career in their future. Pre-Professional students will have access to unlimited classes at Coeur as well as exclusive training. Pre-Professional students are expected to act as ambassadors for CBA and to be excellent role models for fellow students in our youth program. Please contact us to apply for this program.

Contemporary is a style of dance that combines classical ballet with modern dance to create new and different movements. Students focus on improvisational skills and diversifying their technique.

Students will learn iconic choreography from the historically well known classical ballets and have the opportunity to perform. Repertoire gives students the tools to confidently perform in their future dance career.

Character Folk Dance is a crucial element of ballet education and performance, enriching dancers' versatility, expression, and understanding of diverse cultures. Character dance plays a vital role in Ocala Metro Ballet Theatre’s performance integrity.

Jazz is a dynamic, theatrical dance style blending traditional jazz technique with storytelling and dramatic choreography. It features intricate footwork and energized movement.

Students will learn solo classical variations from world renowned classical ballets and work on developing their dance artistry. This class is for intermediate and advanced students Level 4-5.

Ballet 4 and 5 are designated for students who have developed a strong understanding of Ballet and are ready to refine their technique and build dance artistry. Those who are on Pointe or are ready to begin Pointe will be invited to Pointe class.

Level 2 and Level 3 classes are for students 6-12 with foundational Ballet experience. In these classes, students begin to learn combinations and transitional dance steps. Level 2 & 3 students will continue to learn discipline and build a strong sense of self-esteem.

Ballet is a joyful way for children to explore movement through music and dance. Your child will develop physical skills and learn early etiquette, all while beginning to learn basic Ballet steps. Build motor skills, balance, memory skills, counting, and learn musicality.

Ballet as an adult improves your brain function, memory, flexibility, and coordination. Our adult program offers schedule flexibility, so drop-in for our weekly adult classes when you are available! Students are encouraged to wear fitted exercise attire or ballet attire and ballet slippers.
