LATIN CARDIO Dance
Ready to spice up your workout routine? Join us for an exhilarating hour of Latin Cardio Dance! Let's break a sweat, groove to infectious rhythms, and turn your cardio session into a dance party! After the dance-filled excitement, wind down with a relaxing stretch session, ensuring a complete mind and body experience. Get ready for a fun, full-body workout that doesn't feel like work at all!
Latin Dances (Samba, Mambo, Paso Doble)
In addition to Cha-Cha and Rumba, there are several other Latin dances that you may offer classes for. These include the Samba, a lively Brazilian dance; Mambo, a fast-paced Cuban dance; and Paso Doble, a dramatic Spanish dance inspired by the bullfight.
Swing
Swing dancing encompasses a variety of styles including East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, and Lindy Hop. It is known for its upbeat and lively music, energetic footwork, and playful, improvisational style. Swing dancing is often associated with the jazz and big band era.
Rumba
The Rumba is a sensual and romantic dance that originated in Cuba. It is danced in a slow, controlled manner with a focus on hip movements and expression of emotion. Rumba music is typically slow and romantic, with a Latin beat.
Cha-Cha
The Cha-Cha is a lively and flirtatious dance that originated in Cuba. It features quick, syncopated steps and playful hip movements. The Cha-Cha is danced to upbeat Latin music with a strong, infectious rhythm.
Salsa
Salsa is a vibrant and energetic dance that originated in the Caribbean. It features fast footwork, rhythmic hip movements, and intricate turns and spins. Salsa music is characterized by its infectious rhythm and lively percussion.
Foxtrot
The Foxtrot is a smooth and elegant dance that is often associated with Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. It features long, continuous movements across the dance floor and incorporates elements of walking and gliding.
Waltz

Preschool Programs
Specifically for 3-6 year old's. This emphasizes a strong technical foundation, while educating and broadening the mind to appreciate and integrate dance within their young hearts.
Hip Hop
Students must wear street shoes into the building and then change into dance shoes. Wear something comfortable to move in that you don’t mind getting sweaty. Sweatpants or other loose-fitting athletic pants or shorts, t-shirts, and hoodies encouraged. No Jeans. Sneakers must be worn.
Stretch/Conditioning/Flexibility
Students must wear street shoes into the building and then change into dance shoes. Wear any color sports top and booty shorts, leotard and shorts, or leotard. No T-shirts or baggy clothes may be worn during class. Bring running shoes, a yoga mat, blocks, bands, etc. Hair must be pulled off of the face and neck and secured in a braid, ponytail, or bun. Students should not be fixing their hair during class.
Acro
Students must wear street shoes into the building and then change into dance shoes. Wear any color sports top and booty shorts or leotard and shorts. No T-shirts or baggy clothes may be worn during class. Students must be barefoot. Hair must be pulled off of the face and neck and secured in a braid, ponytail, or bun. Students should not be fixing their hair during class.

Students must wear street shoes into the building and then change into dance shoes. Dancers must wear a black leotard, no tights, white socks, and pink ballet shoes. Dancers may wear a ballet skirt when permitted. Hair must be slicked back in a bun with the correct hair ribbon color.

Please carefully review the following guidelines to ensure your submission meets our requirements: Video Submission: No introduction or fancy editing is required. Please wear a leotard and tights for women, and tight-fitting dancewear for men.

INTRO BALLET Class
Are you new to ballet and eager to learn from the ground up? Our brand-new Intro Ballet class is designed just for you! Whether you're an absolute beginner or looking to refresh your ballet basics, this class offers a supportive environment to explore the fundamentals of ballet technique, posture, and movement. Step-by-step instruction tailored for beginners, gentle warm-ups and exercises to improve flexibility and strength, focus on proper body alignment and posture, introduction to basic ballet vocabulary and positions, fun combinations and choreography to enhance coordination and musicality.

In the second week of July, we will add a specific class to the schedule for evaluation purposes for those selected via video audition who cannot attend the July intensive. We highly recommend that all applicants interested in joining our Company and Academic program participate in our intensive sessions.
