Tutus School of Dance, located in Oviedo, Florida, has been a cornerstone of the central Florida dance community since its founding in 2007. Under the artistic direction of Ms. Morgan Cate, the studio fosters a nurturing environment built on love and encouragement for dancers of all ages, from 2 years old through adults. Tutus offers a comprehensive dance education designed for progress, from recreational fun-seekers to those training for professional careers. The curriculum emphasizes age-appropriateness and level specificity, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. Currently, offerings include Ballet and Lyrical styles for dancers aged 7 and above. The Ballet program meticulously focuses on building strong technique through barre work, center exercises, and progressions, with opportunities for Pre-Pointe and Pointe classes. A standout program is the pre-professional dance company, which provides advanced training for ambitious students and culminates in an annual full-length ballet performance. Tutus School of Dance attracts world-class talent, frequently hosting guest master teachers, including Prima Ballerinas and Broadway performers, for specialized workshops.
