One of the most traditional forms of dance using special shoes to create different rhythms, sounds & patterns. Tap is great for developing musicality and coordination skills.

Lyrical dance combines the soft beauty of ballet with the dynamic lines of jazz, teaching you to express emotions through every fluid movement.

This fun class combines upbeat, stylized movement with proper technique. Jazz dance is based on ballet principles with each class consisting of a warm-up using isolated movements, across the floor progressions, and current choreography all set to age appropriate music.

This popular, energetic form of dance allows dancers to perform with freedom of movement, adding in their own personalities. This class is inspired by today's latest music and hippest trends in dance. Age appropriate hip hop music and movement is used for each class.

Acrobatics, or Acro as it is commonly referred to by dancers, is defined by Acrobatic Arts as the a beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements.

Pom Pop! is a 45-min class that includes jazz, tumbling and pom dance team styles. This class is perfect for any Kindergartener, 1st grader, or 2nd grader looking to try out dance for the first time, try a new style, or interested in jazz and tumbling!

Kinder Combo is a 45-min class that includes both ballet and tap. This class is perfect for any Kindergartener looking to try out dance for the first time, try a new style, or interested in ballet and tap! This class is the next level after Tiny Twirlers YELLOW ballet/tap.

Tiny Twirlers is our unique preschool program with classes for ages 2 through 5 at Energize Dance Studio! Whether they're exploring dance for the first time or continuing lessons, this joyful, fun experience helps them make friends and gain confidence through music and movement.

These classes are part of the dance season that runs from August to July. Tuition is auto-drafted on the 1st of each month and is based on the cost for the entire dance season, divided into 12 equal monthly installments. Tuition is not prorated for months with less than or more than 4 classes.

Is your dancer looking for more challenge? Consider joining our competition team! Our Competitive Company attends multiple regional competitions and conventions each season. Dancers in our competitive companies are required to take multiple classes each week in ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, acro and participate in required rehearsals. These classes are a favorite among many of our students. Everyone loves the opportunity to explore the new dance moves, while all while having fun! We want to engage our dancers and spark their imaginations. Our amazing instructors make sure everyone gets individual attention while keeping the class collaborative. We offer Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Acro, and Hip Hop classes in our Club Energize Program. There's so much to explore in the world- help your child start their journey through dance!

Our Tiny Twirlers Program is our Preschool dance program. We offer 5 levels based on age and dance style: Pink, Teal, Yellow, POP! and Tumbling. These classes are 30- to 45-minutes long and include various dance activities to get your child moving and grooving. Our Tiny Twirlers & Tumblers classes explore self-expression, creativity, and movement through the foundations of dance. For dancers ages 3-4, this 45-minute class includes both Ballet and Tap.

For dancers ages 2-3, this is a 30-minute ballet & creative movement class. Students exercise and dance together, work on gross motor skills, and enjoy time together with their friends - all with mom and dad watching from the sidelines!

For dancers ages 4-5 in VPK, this 45-minute class includes both Hip Hop and Jazz.
