Invasion Athletics HQ, located in Titusville, Florida, is a premier dance studio dedicated to inspiring and empowering athletes through a dynamic fusion of athletic tactical training and artistic execution. Catering to ages 2 through 18, we offer a diverse range of dance styles designed to build physical strength, technical skill, and mental fortitude. Explore foundational techniques in Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop, or dive into expressive arts with Lyrical. Our youngest athletes can discover movement and build strength in Tiny Tumble & Toddler Acro classes, while Pre-Ballet & Tap & Preschool Combo classes provide a vibrant introduction. Older students can further develop their abilities in dedicated Acro classes, focusing on tumbling and aerial skills, and enhance performance readiness with Stretch & Flex. Invasion Athletics HQ actively prepares students for performance and competition. We offer specialized "Invasion team practice" sessions on Tuesdays, with training designed for "Performance Teams, and Competition Teams." Competitive team options include Performance Teams, Reserves Teams, and elite Activeduty Teams, preparing athletes for local performances and national competitions. We focus on developing strong leaps, turns, jumps, and acrobatic skills, fostering a collaborative environment for solos, duos, and trios. Registration for all-star dance classes, including Pre-Dance and Technical Training, opens in May 2025.
