About The Theodora Dance Conservatory
Nestled in Canton, Georgia, The Theodora Dance Conservatory provides a nurturing environment for young aspiring dancers. The Children's School, designed for ages 2-9, focuses on foundational dance skills and artistry without the need for auditions. Within this program, students explore Creative Movement and Preballet, progressing to Ballet Preparatory classes as they grow. All classes are thoughtfully structured to instill proper dance etiquette, self-respect, and a love for movement, emphasizing creativity and individuality. Students in The Children's School have the exciting opportunity to showcase their progress in an annual Spring Performance, and those aged 4 and older may also participate in a special holiday production, performing alongside the Conservatory students. As students develop, they are encouraged to audition for the Conservatory Training Program, a more intensive track designed to prepare them for advanced study and potential professional aspirations, while a Flex Program offers continued dance education in a more relaxed setting for those with other interests.

Homeschool Ballet Class for Young Athletes
This class aims to further the joy of a ballet while allowing students to pursue other activities. Many children who play sports enjoy both the artistic and physical benefits of ballet. This is a great class to build quick fire muscles, balance, coordination, and flexibilty, along with developing the poise and confidence it takes to succeed!

Flex Level classes are for dancers who have reached an intermediate level of dancing or higher and need a more flexible schedule than our Conservatory division offers. All ballet classes are taught in an engaging and loving atmosphere emphasizing creativity and individuality, while still maintaining high standards and appropriate etiquette.

Hand-in-Hand
Creative Movement class for tiny dancers. Adult caregiver participation required. Children will learn coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and self-confidence through imagination and story-telling. Basic ballet steps and vocabulary will be introduced, along with simple classical ballet history.
