Students at these levels are expected to demonstrate understanding of foundational ballet vocabulary, physical strength, posture, and alignment, focus, discipline, and the ability to apply corrections, and developing artistry and musical responsiveness.

Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and joy through movement.
