This is a slower paced, beginning level class for ages 18+.

This is a Beginning/Intermediate level class. Jazz or ballet shoes are optional. Comfortable clothing recommended.

This class is for everyone! You don't have to be a dancer! Suitable for all levels, 10 years old and up. Class focuses on correct body alignment. Students will learn simple warm ups that can be used in daily life or before class for injury prevention, for any style of dance. PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT WITH YOU TO CLASS.

Pre-Hip Hop is a prerequisite for Hip Hop 1 if your keiki is 4-5 years old and if it’s their very first dance class. In this fun and energetic class, the students learn basic hip hop steps and movements while focusing on developing rhythm and coordination through freestyle dance and choreography. Our goal is to help your child develop a love for movement and self-expression. This class is the perfect way to get your child up and moving while cooperating in a group.

Hip Hop III class for ages 11-13 with Mana Ho'opai. Instructor Approval Required. Schedule on Fridays at 4:15-5:15pm (Spring Session).

Hip Hop Demo for ages 13+ with instructor Mana Ho'opai. The Fall Session is on Fridays from 5:00-6:30pm, and the Spring Session is on Fridays from 5:15-6:45pm.
