Poise Pilates

We are pleased to announce our new service that utilizes the platform Zoom for meeting virtually via computer or tablet for mat classes or equipment sessions if you have your own Pilates equipment. Sessions may be scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes in length.

Pilates Apparatus Training is a service offered where training can be provided in the comfort of your own home. This service focuses on apparatus-based Pilates exercises.

This is a "first-session" baseline assessment of your strength, flexibility and posture. You will also learn some fundamental Pilates exercises.

High quality Pilates Reformer and Pilates Apparatus sessions with a personalized approach for maximum realization of the benefits in Pilates exercise

Are designed for participants who have previous pilates experience and are willing to share the attention of the instructor with their partner. You may bring your own partner or purchase 1/2 of a session and join an available session with another client.

High quality training sessions with a personalized approach for maximum realization of the benefits in Pilates exercise. Sessions may utilize the range of Pilates equipment (Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Ped-o-pull) to best suit the individual needs of the client.

Fully Equipped Classical Pilates Studio The studio is home to PILATES DESIGNS equipment specializing in Classical Pilates Equipment which is true to Joseph H. Pilates original measurements and specifications. This is an exciting improvement that will encourage the practitioner to seek deeper connections and ultimately improves results from the Pilates Method.
