Classes

Kid’s Aerial Fabrics

This class will focus only on Aerial Silks and Aerial Hammock. See above descriptions of each apparatus. The class is exclusively for 9-14 year old boys and girls. Students aged 14 and over are welcome in our adult aerial classes.

Acro-hammock

Incorporating gymnastics and acrobatic moves, soft material in the shape of a hammock is suspended from the ceiling. Holds, spins, and flips will be combined into a series of combinations.

Aerial Hoop (Lyra)

Lyra is a circular hoop suspended from one point in the ceiling. Kids will learn to mount, spin, hang, and bend with grace and ease as they work to put the moves into fun combinations.

Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks are a type of acrobatics performed while suspended in special, silky fabric. Aerial Silks are used to fly through the air, strike poses, create shapes, and perform combinations of learned skills.

Youth Aerial Circus Arts

Your child will soar in our classrooms and learn tools to carry that confidence into their daily lives! Our Kids Circus and Aerial Arts classes are the perfect opportunity for kids, aged 9-14, to explore their creativity and fitness, gain confidence, and make friends in a nurturing, safe environment. The class will cover all of our aerial apparatuses in a fun, engaging way, your 9-14 year old child will love! Teens, 13 and over, are welcome in our adult aerial classes.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga combines the acrobatic arts with traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga. Asanas are done using a soft fabric sling that is suspended from the ceiling. It’s benefits include spinal decompression, pain relief, and assistance in inversions and other poses.
