Classes

Hip Hop Crew

Crew consists of dancers ages 8+. Hip Hop Crew rehearses once a week and competes in three competitions. No additional classes are required!

Mini Hip Hop Crew

Mini level consist of dancers ages 4-7. Hip Hop Crew rehearses once a week and competes in three competitions. No additional classes are required!

VIBE Performance Team

Does your child love dancing but your schedule is too packed for pre or pro company schedule? Train once a week and compete at three competitions with our VIBE Performance level team! VIBE competes in Jazz and Hip Hop, performs at recital, and does not require any additional classes.

Private Lesson

Private lessons are available for dancers to get one on one feedback from a teacher and work on specific skills and goals. Private lessons can be shared with up to two additional dancers. The lesson will be billed to the person who books the lesson, and splitting it is up to the dancers on their own (the studio will not regulate this).

Open Studio
$30.00

Open studio is a great option for dancers looking to get more practice time in on their own or with their duo/trio without the cost of a full private lesson. Dancers will have the ability to practice, record audition film, and/or work without feeling the pressure of someone watching over them.

Latin/Social Dance

A Latin and social dance includes learning basic steps, patterns, and technique for popular Latin dances such as salsa, bachata, merengue, and cha-cha. Emphasis is often placed on lead and follow technique, musicality, and developing a comfortable dance experience.

Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre is a jazz-based class that focuses on dance styles found in Broadway musicals. Students not only learn dance technique, but also work on acting skills and performing with emotion and stage presence.

Pre Pointe & Pointe

Pointe work begins when dancers with strong ballet technique have developed adequate ankle and foot strength as well as correct posture, placement, and alignment. Students may take this class by invite only. 45 minute class.

Strength & Tech

This is a class meant to break down technique and increase the dancer’s strength and stamina in order to improve overall quality of performance. Focus will be on balance, strength, stretch and keeping dancer’s healthy and strong throughout the year.

Contemporary

Contemporary is a fusion of modern, jazz, lyrical, and ballet. Contemporary stresses an importance on the dynamics of music and movement through expressive choreography. Ballet is required.

Jazz

This is a high-energy class that focuses on isolations, skills, and performance quality through classical and modern jazz technique. Dancers will be encouraged to use individual expression and develop their self-confidence. Ballet is required.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop is a commercialized style influenced by jazz and street dance. Hip Hop exhibits strong, sharp movement and incorporates floor work and fast footwork. This class is geared toward dancers in the intermediate level.

Acro

Acro teaches floor and aerial movements through conditioning exercises and rhythmic tumbling passes. This class helps students develop flexibility, balance, and body control while improving agility and strength. This class is geared toward dancers at the high school level.

Tap

This structured class focuses on teaching tap technique while developing rhythm and timing. Dancers will be taught basic steps and vocabulary that will later be combined into more complex combinations or routines. Ballet is required.

Ballet

This class will focus on ballet terminology and technique through the execution of barre work, center, and across the floor exercises. Dancers will have a clear understanding of body alignment, movement quality, carriage of upper body, and flexibility.

Pre-Pointe

Pre-pointe classes are offered to ballet students who are not yet on pointe to further develop and strengthen the muscles necessary to go en pointe. Pre-pointe classes stress correct alignment and correct classical ballet technique.

This boys only hip hop class is a multi-level hip hop class where basic hip hop and breakdancing styles will be taught. The boys are also encouraged to show off their own dance moves during the group freestyle.

This class is meant for beginning level dancers to explore the techniques involved in pom-dance and begin preparing for junior high and high school level programs.

Discover Dance (Ballet/Tap)

Discover Dance is geared towards preschool-aged children. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet and tap. Dancers focus on developing coordination and rhythm all while making new friends. We offer one section that is 30 minutes, and another section that is 45 minutes in order to meet needs of all beginning level dancers.

Ballet Tumbling Combo

This combo class is geared towards children around 2 years old. In this 45 minute class, dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet and tumbling. Dancers focus on developing coordination and rhythm all while making new friends.

Creative Concepts

Creative Concepts is a 30 minute class for children around 2 years old. This class promotes locomotion and imagination through song and dance while teaching the basics of classroom behavior.
