Dimensions Dance Academy has the strongest adult dance program in the area. Adults age 18 and older can participate in ballet, jazz, and tap classes and also adult fitness classes such as Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. This program allows experienced dancers to continue their training while also allowing beginners to explore a new form of physical activity.

For ages 3 – 7 years. This program allows young children to blossom with confidence through classes filled with music, creative movement, and fun. Children will explore the fundamentals of ballet, tap and jazz in preparation for advancement into the Youth Ballet and Performing Arts divisions.

Dancers in this program have the opportunity to study a variety of dynamic and creative dance styles including jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary dance, and acrobatic dance.

This program teaches the art of classical ballet through a schedule of classes meeting multiple times per week. Classes are based on the Royal Academy of Dance ballet syllabus. Dancers are expected to follow strict guidelines on dress code, attendance, and classroom etiquette. Dancers progress through ballet Levels I-V. At the advanced levels, dancers are prepared to audition for professional dance companies and collegiate dance programs.
