About Denise Sabala Dance Studio

Denise Sabala Dance Studio, located in Lake Zurich, Illinois, has been a cornerstone of comprehensive dance education for over 45 years. Founded by Denise Sabala, the studio fosters a passion for dance across a wide spectrum of ages and skill levels. Our extensive curriculum includes Ballet, Jazz, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Tap, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Aerial, and Zumba, offering something to ignite every student's passion. We are proud of our dedicated faculty, featuring esteemed instructors such as Denise Sabala herself, renowned for her expertise in Jazz and Musical Theater. Additional faculty members include Sandy Ferrigno, who directs the children's program, Alvin Ramirez, a seasoned Hip Hop instructor, and Genevieve Brady, a professional dancer and aerial circus artist. Other experienced instructors who guide our students include Brian Hare, Claire Hutchins, Tiffany Krause, Tatum Lang, Amanda Langlie, Craig Miller, Ciera Nolan, Tess Renaud, and Jocelyn Silk. Denise Sabala Dance Studio is also home to the acclaimed Denise Sabala Dance Company, a competitive youth team, and nurtures young talent through its various competitive teams: DSDC Mini Company, DSDC Junior Company, DSDC Petite Company, DSDC Teen Company, and DSDC Senior Company. These teams have garnered numerous awards and scholarships, providing valuable performance opportunities and advanced training. Our vibrant studio provides a nurturing environment where students can develop their skills, express their creativity, and build a lifelong passion for dance.
