45 minute Pointe Class

This class is for students who have already taken Pre-Pointe. All Pointe students are required to wear black leotards and pink tights to class. Pointe students are required to take a Ballet technique class. Pointe students will perform in the recital.

30 minute Pre-Pointe Class

Dancers must be in 4th grade (OR 9 years of age on or before September 1st) with 4 consecutive years of ballet experience to take Pre-Pointe. You do not need Pointe shoes right away. Pre-Pointe students are required to wear ballet shoes. All Pre-Pointe students are required to wear black leotards and pink tights to class. Pre-Pointe students are required to take a Ballet technique class (jazz not required). First year Pre-Pointe students will not be in recital.

75 min Ballet and Jazz Technique Class

This is a combination of Ballet and Jazz technique. This class is for the serious dancer who wants to improve strength, technique, and performance. There is a mandatory dress code for this class; students must wear a black leotard, pink tights, and ballet/jazz shoes. No other shoes will be allowed in this class. For the jazz portion, students may slip on dance shorts or jazz pants if they wish. Dancewear only!

30 minute Hip Hop Class

Hip-Hop: A popular class for those who like to be loud and learn the moves that are popular today. Combines break-dancing with freestyle and street/urban dancing.

45 minute Stretch/Conditioning/Tricks Class

A class for those students who want to improve their flexibility, their stamina, and work on trick technique.

45 minute Tumbling Class

Provides acrobatic mat work and focuses on strength and flexibility. Please note : Classes are determined by skill level and not age. Recital performance for advanced classes only. This is to lengthen the time that beginner and intermediate classes can learn new tricks and work on skills they have yet to master. Recital routines use skills they are already able to execute and prevents the students from continuing their training in the winter and spring months. Students will learn more and advance quicker with the extra months of training.

Ballet: The foundation for all styles of dance. Focuses on strength and grace and provides a well-rounded, technical dancer. Jazz: Energetic and fun dance style that evolves from ballet. Uses fast and upbeat music while focusing on turns, leaps, and movement. Tap: Want to make music with your feet? This is the class for you! Focuses on coordinated footwork and rhythm.

1 1/2 hour combination Ballet and Jazz Class
