Perfect for those new to contemporary or looking to expand their dance experience in a fresh and artistic way.

Pointe

This class is for dancers who have been recommended by their ballet instructor and are ready to safely begin or continue pointe work. Dancers will focus on building strength, alignment, and control through barre and center exercises tailored specifically for dancing en pointe. Proper technique and injury prevention are prioritized as students develop grace, precision, and confidence in their pointe journey. A strong foundation in ballet is required, and regular ballet technique class attendance is expected.

Pre Pointe

This class is designed for ballet dancers who are preparing to begin pointe work. With an emphasis on strength, alignment, ankle stability, and overall technique, dancers will train in exercises that build the foundation necessary for dancing en pointe safely. Pre-Pointe helps dancers develop the control, awareness, and readiness required for the transition to pointe shoes. Instructor recommendation and concurrent enrollment in a ballet technique class are required. *Taking pre pointe class does not guarantee that a student will progress to work on pointe.

Hip Hop
