Classes

Bounce

This 45-minute mini trampoline class is the quickest way to flush your lymphatic system and slim down your entire body! Bounce offers 80% lower impact than a treadmill and is safe for all fitness levels. Utilizing hand weights, resistance bands, and mini trampolines, you will tone every muscle group in the body.

Barre

This 45-minute low-impact class will transform your body from head to toe! Barre is a highly effective exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. We will utilize the ballet barre, hand weights, sliders, and elastic bands.

Hip-Hop Cardio

This 45-minute class is PURE FUN! Think full body workout while incorporating fun (in da club) dance moves to create a long, lean dancer’s body! You will start with a hip-hop warmup, use hand weights for toning, and learn short bursts of choreography to shred your entire body!

Musical Theatre

A stylized type of dance that combines jazz movements in an expressive way. Dancers express themselves as actors on stage by using musical interpretation. This Broadway style of dance often uses fun props on stage to help entertain the audience.

Advanced Lyrical/Contemporary

This expressive style of dance tells a story through movement. Dancers learn how to interpret songs and express their emotions through a mix of jazz and ballet movements. Ballet is a prerequisite for this class.

Beginner Lyrical

Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Tumbling

This class includes training in balance, strength, flexibility, and muscle control, along with coordination and tumbling skills. Our trained staff teaches proper technique to help dancers learn various tumbling skills from beginner to advanced levels. Safe tumbling mats are used in all classes.

Hip-Hop

Tap class helps expand the dancer’s awareness of sound and rhythm while developing their coordination. This class focuses on rhythm, coordination, and the ability to connect your mind and body to music.

Boys Hip-Hop

This boys-only class will focus on hip-hop skills such as break dancing, body control movements, and agility skills. It will include mini trampolines, agility skills training, and hip-hop choreography. Our boys-only hip-hop class is designed to meet the high-energy needs of boys and will even include strength and conditioning exercises. This class is great for instilling discipline and building confidence.

Elite Technique

This 1-hour class will focus on increasing strength and flexibility while teaching dancers proper form and technique. Learning proper form for leaps, turns, and tricks will be a huge part of this class. This is a class for serious dancers who want to take their dance education to the next level!

Ballet/Jazz Combo

This 1.5-hour class will help dancers learn body control, core strength, leaps, turns, ballet technique, and jazz technique. Jazz is an upbeat style of dance that helps improve technique, flexibility, and coordination.

Advanced Tap

Tap class helps expand the dancer’s awareness of sound and rhythm while developing their coordination. This class focuses on rhythm, coordination, and the ability to connect your mind and body to music.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz

This 1-hour and 15-minute class is a great way for young dancers to learn three styles (ballet, tap, and jazz) of dance.

Kindergarten Hip Hop/Tumbling Combo

This 1-hour class is a great way for young dancers to have fun with their peers while learning basic hip-hop moves and gymnastics skills.

Baby Ballerinas

This 30-minute class is a great way for our baby dancers to learn the basics of ballet, develop classroom listening skills, and have fun while moving to the beat of music!

Tiny Tutus

This class is for tiny tots who love to twirl around the house! This 30-minute beginner class will teach the very basics of ballet in a fun, musical environment. These tiny tots will also have the opportunity to perform on stage in our dance recitals.
