Founded in 2007, the studio offers a diverse curriculum encompassing genuine dance styles such as Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and Ballet, catering to dancers aged 1.5 to 18. Our dedicated staff, including instructors like Lisa Gumenick, Meg Aldridge, Amy Gumenick, Skye Wight, Amanda Meehan, and Lily Sheahan, bring a wealth of experience and a shared vision for nurturing talent. At Pretenders Studio, we emphasize progress over perfection, community over competition, and self-love, creating a safe and inclusive space for all. Beyond dance training, the studio actively integrates community service and philanthropic projects through its non-profit arm, "Dance For A Difference, Inc."
