Our Barre Fitness class blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to create a full-body workout that builds lean muscle, increases flexibility, and improves posture. Designed for teens and adults, this low-impact, high-intensity class uses small, controlled movements to tone and strengthen while focusing on core stability and balance. No dance experience is required—just a willingness to challenge yourself and have fun! Whether you're looking to enhance your fitness routine or develop a dancer’s grace and strength, this class is perfect for all skill levels.

A more advanced form of Tap.

A more advanced form of Ballet, utilizing pointe shoes. Classes are offered for intermediate and advanced students upon approval. Students will be evaluated individually and if accepted, are required to take a minimum of 3 ballet classes per week.

The class typically will include a warmup and conditioning with a more intense focus on body alignment, centering, and extension that will improve overall balance and core strength, and ultimately technique. The remainder of the class is geared towards perfecting various leaps, jumps, and turns while correcting posture and technique. This is a non-performance class.

A fun, upbeat jazz-based class filled with Broadway style dancing. A form of theatrical performance that incorporates song, acting and dance to tell a written story. This is a non-performance class.

Promotes self-confidence and self-discipline through the learning of flexibility, tumbling, and balancing skills on mats, without the use of equipment. Students progress at their own pace within a structured environment to refine and advance their tricks.

This Hip Hop class is for ages 14 and up.

This Hip Hop class is for ages 11-13.

This Hip Hop class is for ages 8-10.

This Hip Hop class is for ages 6-7.

Hip hop is evolved and diverse and has captured and transformed the dance world. Students will have fun learning and exploring choreography, including new and old styles and techniques. We welcome students to just come in, let loose and DANCE!

All specialty classes, with the exception of Barre Essentials, are available à la carte or as an add-on to combination classes. Discounts apply when added to a combo class. Each class is 45 minutes and meets once a week.

Dance Team Training Program

Intermediate and Advanced (Upon Approval) Accepted upon approval. In our Intermediate and Advanced divisions, your child gets the benefits of high-quality dance instruction without having to commit to a competitive training program. These divisions offer students a varied curriculum including Tap, Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop. Students accepted are offered Company level classes in a fun and nurturing environment, while promoting the discipline, creativity and interpersonal skills that foster future success.

Private lessons are available year round and provide enormous educational benefits to dancers of every age and level of ability. Please contact us to schedule a teacher and reserve studio space. Note: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Our T een Division offers students, ages 14 & up, a varied curriculum including tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, pilates, and more. Dancers are given the freedom to create a more personalized program that fits their individual needs. Typical combination classes are not available for our Teen dancers; however, discounts are available depending on courses taken.

Leaps & Turns is a specialized class designed to improve a dancer's ability to execute dynamic leaps and precise turns.

Musical Theatre classes combine acting, singing, and dancing to prepare students for stage performances in musical productions.

Additional instruction in Tap or Ballet techniques, allowing for focused practice and skill development in these foundational dance styles.

Hip Hop II is an advanced class focusing on the energetic and rhythmic movements of hip hop dance.

Students in our Elementary Division are offered Tap, Ballet and Jazz in a combination class with the option to add-on a variety of specialty classes.

Twinkle Stars™ is a program designed for very young children to introduce them to the world of dance.

A 45-minute introductory dance class for 2 to 3 year olds. The secret to the class is that it is structured and fun! It contains ballet, tap, and creative movement. Young dancers learn the necessary steps while learning how to follow direction and imitate movement in a positive environment. Engaging music is used to get these little dancers inspired to dance. The use of props such as “dancing bears,” hula hoops, maracas, scarves, wands and tiaras enables the young dancers to use their imagination, creativity and, most of all, have fun!

This class is a Parent/Toddler Dance Class for ages 18 months to 2 1/2 years old. It’s perfect for children who need some time to ease into a group setting with other children and adults. This 45-minute introductory dance class contains ballet, tap, and creative movement. Young dancers and their parent/guardian learn how to follow direction and imitate movement in an active environment while having a great time. Parent/Caregiver participation required.

Skill Building is the essential base that all dancers learn and build upon as they continue to fine tune these skills throughout their dance life. Center Movement builds on all the skills dancers learn through choreographed combinations where they can really start to understand musicality and move together as a core of tiny dancers. Just For Fun keeps dancers engaged and excited for class with dance activities, storylines, and sweetness that every little dancer dreams of. Showtime! The big day! With Showtime dancers work on choreography, receive adorable costumes, and get ready to shine in their on stage performances. Twinkle Babies™ and Twinkle Stars™ have the option to perform in our annual Revue.

Twinkle Stars™ are for ages 18 months to 4 years old and are a great introduction to dance.

A great beginning to the basic concepts of rhythm and movement through ballet, tap and acro. For dancers ages 3-4. Dancers must be potty trained. No pull ups allowed in class.

This program is specifically designed to train dancers for competitive dance teams.

Pre-Professional Programs are intensive courses designed to prepare dancers for a career in the dance industry.

This 4 week course is designed to help prepare students for middle and high school dance team tryouts. Students will focus on flexibility, strength, high kick technique and other dance styles commonly found on a dance team. The goal of this class is to have students feel prepared and confident stepping into dance team. No Registration Fee.
