LMD Dance Academy

This hip hop class will be for ages 2-5. The class will only be held in the second half of the dance season (January-recital) one night a week for 30 minutes. They will have a dance in recital.

Hip hop classes are for ages 6 and older. We take all levels of dance experience for these classes. The classes will be 45 minutes, and they will have a dance in recital.

Ballet classes are mandatory for the following levels: beginner/intermediate, teen beginner/intermediate, intermediate, intermediate/advanced, and advanced. These classes will be separate from tap and jazz and will be 45 minutes-one hour. They will have a dance in recital.

The advanced level is for ages 14 and older with at least 11 years of dance experience. These classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes and will consist of tap, jazz, and lyrical/contemporary. Ballet is mandatory for this age and will be a separate one-hour class. They will have a tap dance, jazz dance, ballet dance and lyrical/contemporary dance that will be performed at recital.

The intermediate/advanced level is for ages 11 and older. This level is for 9th or 10th year dancers. These classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes and will consist of tap, jazz, and lyrical/contemporary. Ballet is mandatory for this age and will be a separate one-hour class. They will have a tap dance, jazz dance, ballet dance and lyrical/contemporary dance that will be performed at recital.

The intermediate level is for ages 9 and older. This level is for 7th-9th year dancers. Children will be placed in a class according to age and experience. These classes are 1 hour and 30 minutes and will consist of tap, jazz, and lyrical/contemporary. Ballet is mandatory for this age and will be a separate one-hour class. They will have a tap dance, jazz dance, ballet dance, and lyrical/contemporary dance that will be performed at recital.

Teen Beginner/Intermediate level is for ages 11 and older. This level is for 1st-6th year dancers. Children will be placed in a class according to age and experience. These classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes and will consist of tap, and jazz. Ballet is mandatory for this age and will be a separate 45 minute class. They will have a tap dance, jazz dance and ballet dance that will be performed at recital.

The beginner/intermediate level is for ages 8 and older with at least 2 years of dance experience. Children will be placed in a class according to age and experience. These classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes and will consist of tap, and jazz. Ballet is mandatory for this age and will be a separate 45 minute class. They will have a tap dance, jazz dance and ballet dance that will be performed at recital.

The primary level is for children ages 4-5. Children will be placed in a class according to age and experience. These classes are 1 hour and consist of tap, jazz, and ballet. They will have a tap dance, a jazz dance, and a ballet dance that will be performed at recital.

The tiny tots level is for children ages 2-3. Children will be placed in a class according to age and experience. These classes are 1hour and consist of tap, jazz, and ballet. They will have a tap dance, a jazz dance, and a ballet dance that will be performed at recital.
