Conservatory of Ballet Aviv

Designed for dancers ages 10 and up that have decided to pursue their dance training beyond a recreational level by improving their technique and skills through additional training, competition, performance, and events/service opportunities in the community.

Pre-professional youth, chosen through audition, a way to expand their love and knowledge of Classical Ballet through concert performance, competition, and additional training opportunities.

Students in this level are required to take the full program of 6 Classes a week: Ballet Technique, Pointe, Contemporary/Lyrical, Conditioning, and Choreography and Performance. This level is for students who have mastered the material and artistry taught in level 3 A/B/C/D. All students in this level are en pointe and are members of the Ballet Aviv Company. Students at this level are introduced to more advanced steps at a faster pace. All which is built on the foundation from the lower levels. All students in this level are required to attend the Full Program. Students in this level are working towards fine tuning their technique to prepare for college auditions and future dance aspirations.

Ballet students in this level are required to take two ballet classes per week. This level is a serious introductory level designed to continue the development of the students technique, while introducing the fundamental movements, positions, and steps for classical ballet in preparation for pointe class. Upon Approval from the directors- Pointe class in level 2 are at the beginner level and focus on building strength . Ballet students are required to take at minimum 2 ballet classes.

In Ballet Class, Barre, floor, and centre work will be introduced. Students will learn the basics of proper body placement and alignment to prepare them for level 2. Lyrical, Contemporary, and Jazz classes are also offered at this level where fun choreography and combinations are introduced.

Continuing on the foundation built in the Pre-Primary level, this level focuses on age appropriate exercises that further develop listening skills, motor skills, strength, expression, and the development of coordination (skipping, marching, and stretching, while promoting creative thinking and group interaction. Students will also be gently introduced to classroom etiquette. Lyrical and Jazz classes will be introduced at this level.

This fun and exciting ballet/tap combination class concentrates on listening skills, motor skills, strength, expression, musicality, and the development of coordination (skipping, marching, and stretching), while promoting creative thinking and group interaction skills that will be beneficial for life. Students will also be gently introduced to classroom etiquette.

This high-level class focuses on advanced dance skills, performance quality, and artistic interpretation. The single session duration ensures dedicated practice and skill development.

This advanced level class challenges students with more complex choreography and technique refinement. The curriculum is delivered within a focused one-hour session.

This intermediate level class aims to enhance technical proficiency and artistic expression in dance. The class duration is standardized to provide a comprehensive learning experience.

This introductory level class focuses on developing core dance techniques and coordination. Students can choose between a shorter or longer class duration to suit their needs.

This class builds upon foundational dance skills, suitable for students progressing in their training. It is available in two different time structures to accommodate varying schedules.

This class is designed for beginners and focuses on fundamental dance techniques. It is offered in two durations to suit different learning paces and commitment levels.
